Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our portfolio, the projects shown here, and how to start working with TriOrbit Digital.
What kind of work is shown in this portfolio?
The portfolio shows recent client engagements across web design, SEO strategy, content production, Meta advertising, and ongoing managed services. Some projects are full website builds; others are SEO-led campaigns or hybrid engagements covering multiple service areas. For full project write-ups, visit our Our Work page.
Are these projects all recent?
Yes — the projects shown here are recent client engagements delivered by TriOrbit Digital. The featured case study is a current engagement with documented results. The portfolio is updated as new projects are completed, so it represents the most recent state of our client work.
Are the testimonials on this page real and verified?
Yes. All testimonials shown on this page are from real clients we have worked with — Stephanie Rumble at Bright Red, Blue Peak Wellness, and Sheena Hemens. Each testimonial reflects the client’s own account of their experience working with TriOrbit Digital, provided in their own words.
Can I see a detailed case study of a specific project?
Yes. The featured case study at the top of this page covers our work with Stephanie Rumble at Bright Red and includes a client interview video. Visit the fashion stylist case study for the full timeline, the specific results, and Stephanie’s own account documented in detail.
Can TriOrbit Digital take on projects similar to what is shown here?
Yes. Each project type in the portfolio represents a service we offer to new clients. Whether you need a full WordPress website build, an SEO-led growth campaign, ongoing content production and maintenance, or a custom hand-coded brand site, we can take on similar work. A free strategy call is the right starting point.
What technology stack does TriOrbit Digital use for website builds?
All website builds use WordPress as the CMS with GeneratePress as the underlying theme and a custom child theme. We avoid page builders entirely — instead writing clean HTML and using a custom CSS component library called the ws- system. This produces fast-loading, maintainable websites without plugin dependency or proprietary lock-in.
How does TriOrbit Digital approach a new project?
Every project starts the same way: a free strategy call to understand the objective, a documented scope and timeline before work begins, and consistent measurement throughout the engagement. We treat every project as a long-term partnership — the goal is compounding results over time, not isolated tactics.
Do you work with clients outside Australia?
Yes. TriOrbit Digital is geographically neutral and serves clients worldwide. While we are physically based in Spring Hill, Queensland, our work is delivered remotely and our clients are spread across multiple countries. Bright Red, for example, is based in New Zealand.
Where can I see more detailed write-ups of these projects?
Our Our Work page contains the comprehensive write-up of every engagement — scope, approach, deliverables, and the thinking behind each decision. This portfolio page is the visual snapshot version of that content; Our Work is the in-depth version. Both are kept in sync as projects evolve.
How can I start a project with TriOrbit Digital?
The first step is a free strategy call — a 30-minute conversation to discuss your objectives, current digital position, and what kind of engagement would make the most sense. There is no commitment required. Following the call, we document a proposed scope and approach for your review before any work begins.
