Growth and Visibility Phase — Where Your Campaign Goes Live

Phase 2 of the TriOrbit Digital campaign — the month content production begins and keeps going. With Phase 1’s foundations in place, this phase launches your content engine, aligns your digital channels, and starts building the organic visibility that compounds with every month that follows.

Where the Campaign Goes Live — What Phase 2 Sets in Motion From Month One

Phase 2 is where the plan becomes action. Content production begins in the first month of Phase 2 and never stops. Every channel is brought into alignment. Every technical fix from Phase 1 is implemented. By the end of Phase 2, the campaign is fully operational — content publishing, channels consistent, and data flowing.

3 Months Rolling $1,800/month Content Begins Month-to-Month

What Phase 2 delivers across its three-month engagement:

  • Content engine switches on — four AI-search-optimised articles a month, written to rank and to be cited by AI engines
  • Phase 1 technical remediation plan fully implemented — structural fixes, on-page corrections, schema
  • Citations and directory listings — your business listed consistently everywhere it should be, a local SEO and GEO signal
  • Google Business Profile fully optimised for local and map-pack visibility
  • Social channels aligned — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube consistent and complete
  • Monthly reports from month one — GA4, Search Console, keyword positions, and AI-citation tracking
  • Monthly review meetings — continue because results are happening, not obligation

Phase 2 transforms the strategy from Phase 1 into a live, measurable campaign. By the end of the three months, the content engine is running, the digital presence is coherent, and Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console are telling a clear, credible story. Phase 3 builds the authority layer on top of everything Phase 2 has put in place.

What the Growth and Visibility Phase Sets in Motion

The Growth and Visibility Phase is Phase 2 of the TriOrbit Digital campaign — the phase where the SEO Visibility Package’s core deliverables begin. Content production launches here and continues uninterrupted through Phase 3 and Phase 4. The channels are aligned. The technical fixes from Phase 1 are implemented. For the first time, every element of the campaign is running simultaneously and in the same direction.

Phase 2 is not a standalone service. Every deliverable in this phase depends on the keyword strategy, technical audit, and content calendar produced in Phase 1 — which is why the sequence cannot be reversed. What Phase 1 plans, Phase 2 executes. The content published in this phase becomes the organic traffic and authority that Phase 3 builds on. Each phase makes the next one possible.

Your SEO Content Marketing Service — Content That Starts in Phase 2 and Never Stops

Content production is the engine of the entire campaign — and it starts in Phase 2. The default is four AI-search-optimised articles per month, each targeting a specific keyword from the content calendar built in Phase 1 and written answer-first so it can be quoted by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini, not just ranked in the traditional results. For research-intensive industries, the alternative format is two in-depth articles per month at greater depth. The format is agreed in your proposal before Phase 2 begins and does not change without mutual agreement.

  • 4 AI-search-optimised articles per month — one per week, 1,000–1,500 words, answer-first and entity-rich
  • Alternatively, 2 in-depth articles for research-heavy industries — same investment, greater depth per piece
  • Platform-formatted social post copy delivered for each published article, ready for you to post
  • Content published to WordPress with on-page SEO configured via Rank Math — title tag, meta, schema
  • Every article mapped to your agreed content calendar — no random topics, no guesswork

Content production is the compounding element of the campaign. Every article published adds to your site’s topical authority, strengthens internal linking architecture, and creates new organic traffic entry points. The work done in month one of Phase 2 is still generating traffic in month eighteen of Phase 4. The engine starts here — it does not stop.

Citations, Google Business Profile, and Channel Alignment — Getting You Found Everywhere You Should Be

Getting found means being listed consistently everywhere it matters. In Phase 2 we set up your citations and directory listings, fully optimise your Google Business Profile, and align every social channel — one-time foundational work that makes your brand present consistently to every potential client and to every search and AI engine. Consistent citations and listings are a growing signal for both local SEO and AI citation (GEO). Done properly in Phase 2, this creates the coherent presence that Phase 3’s authority-building work compounds on — inconsistent channels undermine authority signals, and Phase 2 removes that problem before Phase 3 begins.

  • Citations and directory listings — consistent name, address, and phone (NAP) across the directories that feed local search and AI engines
  • Google Business Profile — full optimisation, category and description review, photo uploads, initial posting schedule
  • Facebook Business Page, Instagram Business, LinkedIn Company Page — brand consistency audit and correction
  • YouTube Channel — profile audit, banner, about section, website link, and branding verification
  • Contact information, website URLs, and CTAs verified as consistent across all platforms
  • Meta Business Manager — pixel and ad account access verified, ready for future paid activity

After Phase 2, the only ongoing social deliverable is the monthly post copy that accompanies each published article — formatted for each platform and delivered to you to post. Actual social posting is not included in the base package; clients who want TriOrbit Digital to manage and post on their behalf can add the Social Media Management service separately.

Your Digital Marketing Retainer — What the Monthly SEO Service Delivers Every Month

Phase 2 operates as a structured digital marketing retainer — a rolling monthly SEO service with a fixed core of deliverables every month, plus the phase-specific focus work that completes during Phase 2’s three-month period. The retainer structure continues unchanged through Phase 3 and Phase 4. Month-to-month, no lock-in, renewed at the end-of-month review meeting based on the results you can see in the report.

  • Monthly website health check — technical review, indexation status, broken links, Core Web Vitals anomalies
  • Full implementation of the Phase 1 technical remediation plan — structural fixes, on-page corrections, schema markup via Rank Math
  • Internal linking review and improvements as the content library grows each month
  • Priority service and product page on-page SEO review and optimisation
  • Monthly performance report — GA4, Google Search Console, SE Ranking keyword positions, and AI Overview / citation tracking
  • End-of-month review meeting with invoice — continue because the results justify it, not obligation

The monthly report and meeting are the accountability mechanism. Every month, you see exactly what was published, what organic traffic growth looks like in Google Analytics 4, and where keyword positions are moving in SE Ranking. The invoice arrives at the same time as the report — you decide whether to continue with full visibility into the results. There are no surprises and no pressure.

Phase Two Investment — $1,800/Month, Rolling Month-to-Month

The Growth and Visibility Phase is $1,800 per month — the same base investment as Phase 3 and Phase 4. Proposals are issued in three-month blocks, but each month renews at your active decision at the monthly review meeting. It is a rolling month-to-month agreement with no lock-in and no fixed term. If the results justify continuing, you continue. If they don’t, the engagement closes cleanly at the end of the month.

  • $1,800/month — covers the full default scope including content production, channel alignment, and monthly retainer work
  • Proposals issued in 3-month blocks — renewed monthly at your decision, not automatically
  • Monthly invoice issued alongside the performance report — pay to continue, stop to exit cleanly
  • Higher content volumes available above the default four articles — quoted in your proposal
  • Strategic Growth Accelerator available from Phase 2 — from +$2,000/month for more volume and faster results

Phase 2 is designed to complete in three months — channel alignment done, technical remediation plan fully executed, and the content engine running at pace. At that point, the campaign transitions to Phase 3 — the Content and Authority Phase, where authority-building, entity and E-E-A-T work, and content depth take over. The Digital Marketing Packages overview covers all four phases and the individual services available alongside the core campaign.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Growth and Visibility Phase

What is the SEO Visibility Package?

The SEO Visibility Package is Phase 2 of the TriOrbit Digital campaign — the Growth and Visibility Phase. This is the phase where content production begins and never stops, social channels are aligned, Google Business Profile is fully optimised, and the technical remediation plan from Phase 1 is implemented. Phase 2 runs as a rolling month-to-month engagement for a minimum of three months at $1,800/month.

When does content production start?

Content production begins in the first month of Phase 2. The content calendar built during Phase 1 determines exactly what gets created — Phase 2 executes it immediately. Content production continues uninterrupted through Phase 3, Phase 4, and beyond. It does not restart, pause, or reset between phases. The engine starts here and runs for the life of the campaign.

How many articles are produced each month?

The default is four SEO-driven articles per month — one per week at approximately 1,000–1,500 words each. For research-intensive industries, the alternative format is two in-depth articles per month at greater depth. The format is confirmed in your proposal before Phase 2 begins. Higher volumes above either default are available and priced accordingly in your proposal.

What does social channel alignment mean?

Social channel alignment is the process of auditing and correcting your Facebook Business Page, Instagram Business, LinkedIn Company Page, and YouTube Channel to ensure consistent branding, messaging, contact information, website links, and calls to action across every platform. It is a one-time Phase 2 deliverable. Once complete, the only ongoing social element is the monthly post copy delivered alongside each published article — which you post yourself, or manage with the Social Media Management service added separately.

I already have my social media set up. Can I skip Phase 2?

No — and that is good news rather than bad. Phase 2 is not a social-media setup phase. It is where your content engine switches on (four AI-search-optimised articles a month), where the Phase 1 technical fixes get built, and where your citations and listings go live. Social alignment is one small slice of it. If your channels are already sorted, that does not make Phase 2 skippable — it makes it cheaper: we right-size the scope and the cost to what you actually need. What you cannot skip is the content production and technical implementation, because Phase 3’s authority work is built directly on top of them.

What is included in Google Business Profile optimisation?

The Google Business Profile optimisation in Phase 2 covers a complete profile audit and correction: business category, description, service areas, contact details, website link, photo uploads, and an initial posting schedule. Google Business Profile is one of the highest-impact local SEO actions available to Australian businesses — it determines visibility in Google Maps and local search results. For clients who want more hands-on Google Business Profile work beyond the Phase 2 setup, the Strategic Growth Accelerator adds review management — monitoring and responding to reviews on your behalf — plus offer-led posts.

How long is the SEO Visibility Package?

Phase 2 is normally a three-month rolling engagement, renewed month-to-month at your decision at each review meeting — there is no fixed term and no lock-in. If our initial audit shows much of Phase 2 is already handled (for example, your channels and listings are already sorted), we can compress it to as little as one month, which is the minimum for any phase; most campaigns run the full three. If you choose not to continue after any month, the engagement closes cleanly. Most clients complete Phase 2 before transitioning to Phase 3.

What is the monthly investment for Phase 2?

$1,800 per month. This covers the full default scope of Phase 2 deliverables: content production, social channel alignment, Google Business Profile optimisation, the monthly website health check, technical remediation work, and the monthly performance report and review meeting. If a higher content volume is agreed in your proposal, the monthly investment adjusts accordingly. All prices are in AUD.

Do I need to have completed the SEO Starter Package first?

Yes. Phase 2 executes the strategy, keyword plan, and remediation roadmap produced in Phase 1 — the Discovery and Foundations Phase. Without that foundation, Phase 2 would be producing content without a strategy, on infrastructure that has not been verified. Every TriOrbit Digital engagement begins at Phase 1. There are no exceptions, regardless of how established your existing marketing setup is.

What technical SEO work is done in this phase?

The full implementation of the Phase 1 technical remediation plan is completed during Phase 2’s three months. This includes structural fixes identified in the Phase 1 crawl, canonical corrections, redirect implementation, schema markup setup and configuration via Rank Math, and on-page SEO corrections across priority service and product pages. Core Web Vitals issues identified by Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix in Phase 1 are also addressed where they fall within the agreed scope. Monthly website health checks run throughout to catch any new issues as they arise.

What reports do I receive each month?

Each month, TriOrbit Digital delivers a written performance report covering Google Analytics 4 (sessions, users, conversions, goal completions), Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, average position), published article performance, and keyword ranking movements tracked in SE Ranking. The report is sent alongside the invoice on the Monday of the last week of the calendar month. The review meeting follows during that same week — operational review of results, decisions for the following month, and continuation confirmed or closed.

Can I add more content than the default four articles per month?

Yes. The default of four articles per month is the base scope at $1,800/month. If your industry or content plan requires higher volume, this is quoted above the base rate in your proposal. Higher-volume content is available from Phase 2 onwards and is agreed before the phase begins — not added ad hoc. The price per article above the default is confirmed at proposal stage.

What is the Strategic Growth Accelerator and when can I add it?

The Strategic Growth Accelerator is available from Phase 2 onwards, from $2,000/month on top of the base package price. It is a curated bundle that amplifies your campaign — more content volume, proactive multi-platform distribution, deeper conversion optimisation, an AI-citation and entity engine, and more hands-on senior strategy, scoped to what your business actually needs. The promise is more volume and reach so your results compound sooner, not a different campaign. (Link building and digital PR remain separate, billed independently.)
