How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
You will hear back within one business day in nearly every case. If you submit on a Friday evening or over the weekend, expect a reply the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. There is no automated queue — a senior team member reads every enquiry personally.
Should I book a call or send a message first?
Either works. Booking a free strategy call through our Calendly scheduler gets a structured 30-minute conversation on the calendar straight away, which suits you if you want to move quickly. Will my details be added to a marketing list?
